Because of the rebellion against God. by his people Isaiah, makes announcements of Judgment against them. and of future deliverance, So, we will see a God who saves, judges, is holy, is wonderful, comforts, removes fears, who assures, and provides a Saviour, and who suffers. But is also a God who wins.
